Mesa Grill located on Northwest Highway and Central Expressway in Dallas we
constructed the Southwestern style entry doors in solid cypress. Additionally, we
constructed a suspended ceiling in cedar with decorative metalwork as well as the
hostess station in western red cedar with cedar stays, display cabinet and buffet with
wood hinges, free form bar in cedar with epoxy finish, and maple paneling in the
dining room.
For the Blue Mesa Grill located at Granite Park, Plano, the exterior work consisted of
decorative beams which cover the structural steel and trellis at the patio and are
constructed in solid cedar. The interior work consisted of constructing maple paneling
with maple and glass inserts, reveal panels in MDF for wall treatments, 10-ft. dining
room doors in ash with glass inserts, hostess station in ash, as well as table tops and
wait area benches.
